The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, gave a total of 54 housing units in the province of Tungurahua, 28 for community Angahuana in Ambato guangzhou and 26 more in guangzhou Pelileo .

With an investment of $ 108,662.40 USD, MIDUVI completed work to the benefit of the neediest families in the sector. The new houses built in an area of 45 square meters consisting of two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom.

In the community of Angahuana, the economist with the architect Edwin Barahona Zúñiga, Director of the Provincial MIDUVI-Tungurahua, and the architect Sixto Camacho, representing the Minister of Housing, María de los Angeles Duarte, officially opened the homes in an event organized by the community in thanks to the National Government and the Minister for the work done on behalf of families tungurahuenses.

For its part Mauli Martin and Luis Tisaleno as community representatives, gave gifts to the present and sent gifts and thanks to the architect and the President Duarte Correa, driving the Civic Revolution, supporting the poor.

The Andean Development Corporation (CAF) and the Republic of Ecuador, through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MIDUVI) signed a technical cooperation agreement is not refundable. Before about a thousand people, on Tuesday January 20 2009 the President of the Republic of Ecuador, Rafael Correa Delgado Eqn and Minister of Housing and Urban Development (MIDUVI), Arq Maria de los Angeles Duarte were in the population of the Petrillo guangzhou Nobol, to inaugurate a new housing built for resettlement of victims of Guayaquil.
The program comprises 45 residential houses that are inhabited by 20 families of the Cerro San Eduardo and 25 families of Flor de Bastion, during the winter of 2008 remained emergency shelter to live in areas at risk, but based on an agreement with the MIDUVI , agreed to be relocated to start a new life.
